PURPOSE: A capsule type of a cleaning device is provided to remove foreign materials from the inner surface of a cleaning room since cleaner, cleaning water, and/or air flows down along the inner surface of the cleaning room. CONSTITUTION: A capsule type of a cleaning device(A) comprises a capsule type of a cleaning room(3), a nozzle, a suction unit(7), a workpiece support(6), and a driving unit. The cleaning room is installed on a casing(2) and is freely opened/closed. The nozzle and the suction unit are respectively installed on one and the other sides of the cleaning room. The workpiece support is installed in the cleaning room. The driving unit rotates the workpiece support. Air, cleaning water, or cleaner sprayed to the nozzle from the cleaning room are swirled and guided to the suction unit. |
