<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pattern forming device that is high in alignment accuracy, generates no waste such as a wasted printing, and efficiently makes a large area printing, and also to provide a pattern forming method using the device. <P>SOLUTION: The pattern forming device has at least: a transcription plate; a transcription plate supporting mechanism; a printing base material supporting mechanism; an inking mechanism; and alignment camera, and forms a pattern on a printing base material. The transcription plate is fixed to the cylindrical transcription plate supporting mechanism; the printing base material and at least a stenciling part of the printing base material supporting mechanism are constituted of a transparent material; and the camera opening of the alignment camera is set in the position where the printing base material is imaged through the stenciling part of the printing base material supporting mechanism. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
