PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition for suppressing tissue injury caused by autoimmune diseases by clarifying the mechanism of cross-presentation of dendritic cells and a gene and a protein controlling the cross-presentation and using the clarified facts, and to provide a technology to use the composition.

SOLUTION: The composition for suppressing tissue injury caused by autoimmune diseases includes, as an active component, an agent to inhibit release of an antigen substance from an endosome of a dendritic cell to cytoplasm.
