<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a tapered roller bearing having a smaller parts count to reduce the cost, preventing seizure between an inner end face in the large diameter side of an inner ring and the end face of tapered rollers, and reducing the axial length of the tapered roller bearing. <P>SOLUTION: The tapered roller bearing includes an outer ring 11, an inner ring 20 disposed in the inner circumferential side of the outer ring 11, a cage 30 disposed between the outer ring 11 and the inner ring 20 and having a plurality of pockets 34 in a circumferential direction, and a plurality of tapered rollers 40 disposed in the pockets 34. The bearing includes: an inner ring side raceway surface 21, where the tapered rollers 40 roll, formed on the outer circumference of the inner ring 20, wherein the inner ring side raceway surface 21 is a slope with respect to the axial line of the inner ring 20; and an inner end face 25 in a large diameter side to be in contact with end faces of the tapered rollers 40, formed in a large diameter side on the inner ring side raceway surface 21 of the inner ring 20. In the bearing, a flange 37 is integrally disposed in the cage 30, the flange extending radially inward from a side of each pocket 34 corresponding to the above inner end face 25 in the large diameter side to the vicinity of the inner end face in the large diameter side of the inner ring side raceway. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
