<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To efficiently produce a porous film while suppressing a wrinkle failure and a peeling failure. <P>SOLUTION: A supporting body 27 in which the contact angle of water is a prescribed value or above is coated with a solution obtained by dissolving a polymer into a solvent. A coated film 29 is formed on the surface of the supporting body 27 by the coating. Moist air 402 is applied to the coated film 29. Droplets 410 are formed on the surface 29a of the coated film 29 by dew condensation. Successively, the moist air 402 is fed to grow the droplets 410 so as to penetrate the coated film 29. Since the contact angle of water on the surface of the supporting body 27 is a prescribed value or above, the droplets 410 do not enter a space between the supporting body 27 and the coated film 29. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
