<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cut plate for a toilet paper holder which is easily mounted on a cover of the existing toilet paper holder, in which a cut-out part of the paper can be cut without pressing the toilet paper holder. <P>SOLUTION: The toilet paper holder 7 includes: a spindle 4 for rotatably holding a core by inserting the core of the roll paper in lateral plates 3 provided at both ends of a base 2 fixed to a wall or the like; and a cover 5 which covers the roll paper 6, and is provided at the lateral plate so as to vertically move. The cut plate 1 for the toilet paper holder has a structure in which the width of the cut plate is substantially the same as that of the cover 5, and the length is longer than that of the cover 5, and a cutter is formed as a cutting part 13 at the tip end.
