<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a USB host device capable of avoiding appropriating processing capacity of the USB host device only for processing of a USB storage device even when repeating data transmission a plurality of times with the USB storage device. <P>SOLUTION: A USB host device takes T for a top sector and n for the number of read/write sectors (S501), and issues a SCSI command for performing read/write processing in a m-sector from a sector T (S507). Then, the device newly takes T for T+m and n for n-m (S509), and performs WAIT during a period of stand-by time which is proportional to a value of readable/writable maximum sector number m (S511). Thus, in the S511, read/write processing is in a stand-by state during the period of stand-by time according to data transmission volume of the S507, meanwhile a CPU 11 can execute other processing. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
