A data processing method, device and system are provided. The method includes: receiving a read command sent by a master control device, wherein the read command includes a first address; according to the first address, reading a first data and a first Cyclic Redundancy Checks (CRC) code and a first Error Correction Code (ECC) both corresponding to the first data from a memory; and performing error detection on the first data according to the first CRC code, if an error is detected, performing error correction on the first data according to the first ECC. The technical practice, which carries out the error detection on the data by the CRC code with stronger error detection capability, and then carries out the error correction on the data by the ECC if the error is detected, is used. The problem that the error detection capability of the ECC is not strong in the prior art is overcome, and then performance of the system is improved.
