The converter motor has converter (490) that includes printed circuit board which is arranged with plug connector and power semiconductor element and firmly bonded to plastic/metal lid through seal (480). The lid is screwed onto electric motor connected to terminal box base. The power semiconductor elements are connected with cooling structure which is connected to lid. The cooling ribs of cooling structure are arranged facing the electric motor such that the cooling ribs partially covers the lid.
