<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a current sensor that can be economically manufactured while having a high level of accuracy. <P>SOLUTION: A current sensor comprises an enclosure, a magnetic circuit having a central opening, a magnetic field sensor and one or more substantially U-shaped primary conductors 10 extending partly around a branched part of the magnetic circuit, where the enclosure is provided with a plurality of pre-formed primary conductor guiding hollows 82, and these primary conductor guiding hollows 82 extend by penetrating the central opening of the magnetic circuit between opposite external side faces of the enclosure. The pre-formed primary conductor guiding hollows 82 are so configured as to allow the one or more primary conductors 10 to be inserted penetrating these hollows 82 after the magnetic field sensor and the magnetic circuit are incorporated into the enclosure. The current sensor has a smaller number of the primary conductors 10 than that of the pre-formed primary conductor guiding hollows 82. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
