摘要 <P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method of efficiently removing sludge deposited in various facilities and devices. <P>SOLUTION: A physicochemical cleaning method provided in the invention removes sludge by injecting at least one kind selected from a group consisting of gaseous nitrogen, liquid nitrogen and dry ice into a cleaning solvent including at least one kind selected from a group consisting of water, ETA (monoethanolamine), NH<SB POS="POST">3</SB>, DTPA (Diethylene triamine pentaacetic acid), EDTA (ethylenediaminetetraacetic acid) and N<SB POS="POST">2</SB>H<SB POS="POST">2</SB>. The cleaning method can efficiently remove sludge that is generated or deposited on a surface of base material of various facilities and devices, and on a surface and at interspace of components thereof, and can be used for cleaning of a steam generator, a boiler, a heat exchanger and the like that are used in a nuclear power plant. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT
