<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a heat-bondable polyester-based filament nonwoven fabric that has excellent operability, good openability of the constituent fiber and relatively good adhesiveness to a polyolefin-based nonwoven fabric or the like. <P>SOLUTION: In a method for producing a heat-bondable polyester-based filament nonwoven fabric, a filament nonwoven fabric is produced by using a polyester copolymer that includes a dicarboxylic acid component essentially containing a terephthalic acid and a diol component containing 50 mol% or more of 1,6-hexanediol, and has a melting point (Tm) of 100 to 150°C, by a spun-bonding method. The method comprises: adding a polyolefin having a melt index (MI) of 5 to 100 g/10 min to the polyester copolymer in melt-spinning to provide filaments containing 1.0 to 5.0 mass% of the olefin; and depositing a number of the filaments to form a filament nonwoven fabric. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
