<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an information processing apparatus in which a file in storage means is prevented from being destroyed by preventing write of the file into the storage means in the case where any malfunction occurs in the storage means, an access control method and a program. <P>SOLUTION: An information processing apparatus in which a file stored in storage means is accessed without depending on an user operation, includes: region creation means which creates a differential write region for writing a differential file that is a differential between the file stored in the storage means and an updated file into storage means other than that storage means; and access control means which prohibits write of a file into the storage means in the case where a malfunction of the storage means is detected, and controls to write the differential file into the differential write region in the case where there is an access to write a file into the storage means where the malfunction is detected. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
