<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a metal-ceramic composite material, which can facilitate an operation of removing excess metal covering the metal-ceramic composite material. <P>SOLUTION: A slurry 2' containing plate-like particles 2 is coated and dried on the surface of a ceramic molded article 1'. Then, a molten metal 3' is penetrated under pressure into the ceramic molded article 1' through the gaps between the plate-like particles 2. The excess metal 3 is removed together with the plate-like particles 2 which serve as a releasing material from the surface of a composite material 1, whereby the metal-ceramic composite material 1 as a final product is obtained. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
