<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a thermistor element which improves adhesion between electrode portions and a sintered body (thermistor portion) of a metal oxide while suppressing change in electric characteristics. <P>SOLUTION: A thermistor element 1 includes a plate-like thermistor portion 10 having a resistance value changing according to temperature, electrode portions 20 formed on both surfaces of the thermistor portion 10, and lead wires 40 which respectively are connected to the electrode portions 20. The thermistor portion 10 contains a conductive metal oxide having a perovskite crystalline structure and an insulating metal oxide. The electrode portion 20 contains a conductive metal such as Pt and the insulating metal oxide contained in the thermistor portion 10 as a common material for improving the adhesion with the thermistor portion 10. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
