<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mounting bracket which is hardly deformed by an external force acting on a supporting portion even if thinned in material. <P>SOLUTION: The mounting bracket includes a support 22 which supports an object to be mounted, and a pair of left and right legs 23a and 23b which are bent from left and right sides 22a and 22b of the support 22 toward a surface of the object, respectively. The left and right sides 22a and 22b and the lower sides of the left and right legs 23a and 23b form angels α and β, respectively, which are opened in the same directions.
