AEROFOIL STRUCTURE USING FIBER REINFORCED COMPOSITE MATERIAL, AND MANUFACTURING METHOD THEREFOR

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve a manufacturing efficiency, restrict a manufacturing cost and realize a superior strength of a wing-like structure that is manufactured with either RTM or VaRTM without using any prepreg.

SOLUTION: When a rotor blade is exampled as an aerofoil structure, the rotor blade is manufactured in such a way that a braiding 50A manufactured with spreading fibers as fibrous material becoming a skin is used as one of bladed pre-forms. In addition, as the fibrous material becoming a spar, it is possible to apply a preferable use of the braiding that is comprised of central threads and braids of smaller diameter than that of the central threads.
