<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hand-held massage machine that achieves excellent massage and acupressure. <P>SOLUTION: This hand-held massage machine includes a rotary driving device installed in a body case. A crank fitting is mounted on an output shaft of the rotary driving device. The crank fitting is provided with an eccentric shaft. An upper end of a crank rod is rotatably mounted on the eccentric shaft. A lower end of the crank rod hangingly protrudes from the body case. An acupressure element and a massage pad are provided at the tip thereof. An inclined massage shaft is connected to the tip of a center shaft of the crank fitting.
