The present invention relates to a complex electrolyte membrane for a fuel cell, including: a polybenzimidazole-based polymer; and a metal grafting porous structure, wherein the complex electrolyte membrane, being a complex electrolyte membrane for a fuel cell doped with phosphoric acid, is characterized by comprising 0.1 to 30 wt % of the metal-containing porous structure with respect to the polymer, and thus a fuel cell electrolyte membrane having excellent thermal characteristics and proton conductivity can be provided. |
