<p>As a request acquisition support system of the present invention, provided are: a question information registration unit for registering question items and respondent attributes; a fundamental common-point word candidate extraction unit which consults information which contains words of a question item which has been retrieved from an arbitrary database so as to extract a word group which coexists with words of the question item; an attribute common-point word candidate extraction unit which consults information which contains each of the words of the question item which has been retrieved from the previously described database and the respondent attribute to extract, for each attribute, a word group in which words of the question item and the attribute coexist; an attribute specificity calculation unit for calculating attribute specificity on the basis of dissimilarity between both word groups; a valid attribute extraction unit which compares the attribute specificities for each attribute to extract a suitable attribute; a common-point word extraction unit for extracting a common-point word from attribute common-point word candidates of an attribute that has been deemed valid; and a related figure creation unit which consults the extracted common-point word to generate a related figure.</p> |
