<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel cell electrolyte sheet manufacturing method which makes it possible to restrict the breakage of a sheet, as well as to reduce undulation or a warp occurring in the sheet. <P>SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of the prevent invention includes a process (I) in which a ceramic porous spacer and a zirconia based green sheet are alternately stacked on a ceramic setter, with the spacer disposed in the bottom and the top layers, to dispose a laminate composed of the spacer and the green sheet; a process (II) in which a weight is placed on the laminate so that a load on the green sheet will be 0.1 to 3.0 g/cm<SP POS="POST">2</SP>, and the laminate is calcined at 1000 to 1300°C to prepare an electrolyte sheet precursor, and a process (III) in which, following the process (II), a weight is placed on the laminate so that a load on the electrotype sheet precursor will be 3.0 to 80.0 g/cm<SP POS="POST">2</SP>, and the electrotype sheet precursor is calcined at 1350 to 1500°C. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
