PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a powder supplying apparatus in which the supplied amount of powder is stabilized.

SOLUTION: A powder discharging route 51 and a first air supplying route 52 are formed in a cover member 50 which covers a part of a powder supplying disk 45. The powder discharging route 51 and the first air supplying route 52 are faced with each other through a gap GP between the cover member 50 and the powder supplying disk 45 and are formed to extend along a bottom surface of a receiving section 47 located in the gap GP.
