<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oriented electromagnetic steel plate with a groove for refining magnetic domain, which oriented electromagnetic steel plate can attain reduced iron loss when assembled into a real transformer and has excellent iron loss characteristics at the real machine. <P>SOLUTION: The thickness a<SB POS="POST">1</SB>(μm) of an insulation coating film in the bottom surface of a linear groove, the thickness a<SB POS="POST">2</SB>(μm) of the insulation coating film on the steel plate surface outside the linear groove, and the depth a<SB POS="POST">3</SB>(μm) of the linear groove are regulated so that they satisfy the following formulae (1) : 0.3 μm≤a<SB POS="POST">2</SB>≤3.5 μm and (2): a<SB POS="POST">2</SB>+a<SB POS="POST">3</SB>-a<SB POS="POST">1</SB>≤15 μm. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
