<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a micro fluid chip which can be joined without using an adhesive, in which functional substances can be fixed on the surface of channels or the like, which are excellent in functionality, and which is made of inexpensive resin high in mass productivity. <P>SOLUTION: The micro fluid chip is formed by joining of a lid body mainly comprixzingthermoplastic resin to a microstructure comprising curable crosslinking resin and having a flat surface at least on a part of which there is a concave microstructure. At least on a part of the surface of the microstructure at least either one of a carboxyl group and an epoxy group joins together. At least on a part of the surface of the lid body, polymer containing at least either one of the carboxyl group and the epoxy group joins together, and the crystal melting peak temperature is 140°C or higher. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
