<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To easily and surely feed back evaluation information of processes to a person in charge. <P>SOLUTION: A process support device 1 has: a process management table creation unit 11 for creating a process management table defining processes in a project at the beginning of the project; an execution history input unit 13 for registering execution history information of the processes with the process management table according to input from a person in charge; an outcome input unit 14 for registering outcome information of the processes with the process management table according to input from the person in charge; a process confirmation request unit 15 for requesting a person concerned to confirm the processes when the processes terminate; an evaluation input unit 16 for registering evaluation information of the processes with the process management table according to input from the person concerned, and an evaluation feed back unit 17 for feeding back the evaluation information to the person in charge of the processes with which the evaluation information is registered. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
