<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the intrusion of an energy-curable resin into the clearance of a mold for molding the resin into a lens and to dissolve various faults caused by the intrusion of the resin into the clearance. <P>SOLUTION: In a method in which the mold including an upper mold 51, a lower mold 52, and a body mold 53 surrounding the peripheries of the upper mold 51 and the lower mold 52 is used to produce the lens 20 from the energy-curable resin M, the volume of the resin M supplied in a supply step is below the volume of a cavity surrounded by the molding surface of the upper mold 51, the molding surface of the lower mold 52 which are separated at a prescribed distance in a molding step, and the inner circumference surface of the body mold 53, and is supplied with part of curing energy to be in a semi-cured state. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
