<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio communication system having means for preventing the failure of communication due to the simultaneous call connection of multiple mobile stations. <P>SOLUTION: A radio communication system includes: a base station; multiple mobile stations; and a relay base station having a function of relaying radio communication between the base station and the mobile stations. When a communication request signal to the base station is received from one of the multiple mobile stations, the relay base station transmits to the multiple mobile stations, a response wait signal for announcing the presence of the mobile station waiting a response from the base station. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
