摘要 The invention relates to a structure for simulating a small blood vessel in the form of a sinusoid, as is found, for example, in a liver, spleen or bone marrow of an animal or human. The invention further relates to a method for producing such a structure. A first embodiment of the structure according to the invention is characterized in that it comprises a plurality of layers (01, 03) of porous material arranged above one another. A space (04) is formed in each case between the layers (01, 03). The layers (01, 03) have a co-culture of the cell species that are present in the sinusoid to be simulated, with a first cell species being arranged on at least one of the layers (01), and a second cell species being arranged on at least one other of the layers (03). Moreover, channels (05) are formed in the layers (01, 03) and connect the spaces (04) to one another and are designed to convey a fluid, for example blood. The channels (05) of adjacent layers (01, 03) are offset in relation to each other, as a result of which a fluid flowing through the channels (05) is forced to flow through the space (04) parallel to the layers (01, 03) when flowing from one of the layers (03) into the layer (01) lying directly above.
