<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide colored resin particles hardly precipitating in a nonpolar dispersant, having superior dispersion stability, and exhibiting excellent color development since pigments are dispersed uniformly among the particles. <P>SOLUTION: The crosslinked (meth)acrylic acid ester colored resin particles are obtained by polymerizing a polymerizable monomer composition wherein a crosslinking agent, pigments, and a pigment dispersing agent having an acid value of 1-80 mgKOH/g are mixed in a vinyl polymerizable monomer including at least one of (meth)acrylic acid ester monomer having a 8-20C straight/branched chain alkyl group.
