<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an oil supply device which can satisfy both of assuring oil supply capability and reducing power loss. <P>SOLUTION: The oil supply device includes a first oil pump which is arranged in a power transmission device of a vehicle and is driven by a first rotating member which rotates in conjunction with rotation of an engine that is a power source of the vehicle; a second oil pump 40 which is arranged in the power transmission device and is driven by a second rotating member 12 that rotates in conjunction with rotation of a wheel of the vehicle; and a switching mechanism 50 which connects or disconnects power transmission between the second oil pump and the second rotating member.
