<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a conversion device which can be mounted on and removed from a desired position and never damages a musical instrument. <P>SOLUTION: A first magnet member 32 and a second magnet member 34 are attracted toward each other by a magnetic force while holding a surface plate of an ukulele in between, thereby a receiving part 30 including a piezoelectric element 36 supported by the first magnet member 32 can be positioned at the desired position.
