PHOTOCURABLE RESIN COMPOSITION, DRY FILM, CURED PRODUCT AND PRINTED WIRING BOARD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition sufficiently colored with absorption of an ultraviolet region adjusted, being highly sensitive to ultraviolet and laser exposure and further allowing good finger-touch dryness of a dry coating film.

SOLUTION: A photocurable resin composition can be developed with a dilute alkali solution containing (A) a carboxylic acid-containing resin, (B) a colorant comprising a compound having an amino anthraquinone skeleton, (C) a photoinitiator and (D) a compound having two or more ethylenically unsaturated groups in the molecule. The composition is sufficiently colored with absorption of ultraviolet region adjusted by using a colorant comprising a compound having an amino anthraquinone skeleton, is highly sensitive to ultraviolet and laser exposure and further allows good finger-touch dryness of a dry coating film.
