PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radiation detection element capable of ensuring a repair region while restraining lowering of a fill factor.

SOLUTION: Scanning wiring 101 and signal wiring 3 are shifted in such a direction as to be more distant from a connected TFT switch 4 than the periphery of a connection position to the TFT switch 4 at the connection position.
