<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin laminate having both of superior scratch resistance and impact resistance and effectively protecting a display window by using the resin laminate as a display window protective plate for portable information terminals. <P>SOLUTION: This resin laminate includes a resin plate, and a hard coat layer applied on both front/rear surfaces or one surface of the resin plate. The resin plate is formed of thermoplastic resin, and includes a thermoplastic resin (A) containing a hard dispersion phase and a rubber component (B). A component ratio of the thermoplastic resin (A) containing the hard dispersion phase, to the total component 100 pts.wt. constituting the resin plate is 75 pts.wt. or more.
