<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a radio communication system capable of improving accuracy in estimating communication quality in an uplink. <P>SOLUTION: A base station device includes: a reception power estimation part for calculating a difference between a first estimated transmission power being an estimation value of transmission power of a terminal device when using a current setting value of a transmission power parameter for determining the transmission power of the terminal device and a second estimated transmission power being an estimation value of transmission power of the terminal device when using a candidate value of the transmission power parameter different from the setting value, and then, adding the calculated difference to reception power measured when using the setting value so as to calculate an estimated transmission power; and an interference power estimation part for calculating an estimated interference power in another base station device, based on path loss between the terminal device performing radio communication with the own device and the another base station device adjacent to the own device, the first estimated transmission power, and the second estimated transmission power. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
