<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enhance the blocking resistance of a releasing sheet as well as the releasing performance for silicone-based adhesive. <P>SOLUTION: The releasing sheet includes: a base material; and a release agent layer provided on the base material and formed of a cured releasing agent composition. The releasing agent composition contains a polyester resin (A), an acryl-based polymer (B) including a structural unit represented by general formula (1), and a cross-linking agent (C). The mass ratio A/B is set to 50/50 to 95/5, wherein A (pts.wt.) is the mixing amount of the polyester resin (A), and B (pts.wt.) is the mixing amount of the acryl-based polymer (B).
