<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a heating toilet seat device in an induction heating type capable of suppressing local overheating even though damages such as cracks are generated in a conductive body, and capable of maintaining seating quality. <P>SOLUTION: The heating toilet seat device includes: a toilet seat; a casing which supports opening and closing of the toilet seat, to which commercial power is supplied; an induction heating coil which generates a magnetic field by distribution of high-frequency current; and a conductive body which is provided in the toilet seat, and induction-heated by eddy current generated in the magnetic field generated by the induction heating coil.
