<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a spout having gas barrier properties capable of surely preventing the exposure of a gas barrier layer and a film thickness of the gas barrier layer can be uniformed. <P>SOLUTION: The method for manufacturing the spout includes a forming step of forming a preform PF of the spout having a tubular spout forming part P1 in which are pouring opening forming part P1b is formed and a gate forming part P2 which continues to the upper part of the spout forming part P1 and in which a gate part P2a for forming is formed, in which preform PF multilayer part comprising a layer of a resin for a gas barrier constituting a gas barrier middle layer in a tubular wall part of the spout forming part and a layer of a resin constituting a covering layer covering the same from lateral sides is formed, the gate part P2a for forming formed in the gate forming part P2 by injection molding, and a cutting and separating step of cutting the gate forming part P2 of the preform PF and separating the same from the spout forming part P1. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
