<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a vehicle motion control device that furthermore facilitates motion control suitable for a traveling state of a vehicle. <P>SOLUTION: The vehicle motion control device 2 includes: a tire temperature acquisition unit 50 which acquires tire temperature of the vehicle 1; and a motion control unit 54 which controls the motion of the vehicle 1. The motion control unit 54 switches the motion control based on the tire temperature acquired in the tire temperature acquisition unit 50, and the motion control based on a prescribed value defined beforehand according to a traveling state of the vehicle 1. Thereby, when performing motion control based on the tire temperature, proper control can be performed by controlling based on the tire temperature which changes when traveling, and when the motion control is performed based on a prescribed value, shortening of operation time and reduction of load of an ECU40 can be performed.
