METHOD FOR DISPLAYING ELECTRONIC PROGRAM TABLE GUIDE

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for displaying an electronic program guide of a TV receiver provided with a video recording function enabling retrieval for a broadcast content via one electronic program guide without regard to whether the broadcast content is recorded.

SOLUTION: The method for displaying an electronic program guide 200 of the TV receiver that include plural tuners 105 and is capable of automatically recording in a storage device 102 the broadcast content and electronic program information received from the tuners 105. According to operation of request for the electronic program guide 200, the electronic program guide 200 provided with a matrix display region 203 in which content information 201 is arrayed in matrix with a time axis Y and a broadcast station axis X is displayed on a display 120. The electronic program guide 200 is provided with a broadcast station identification display section 202 on the time axis Y of the present time and displays the identification display section 202 in a manner of being scrollable along the time axis Y, with operation of selecting the content information 201.
