<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a portable electronic apparatus which can prevent unpleasantness of being photographed without permission from being given to a third person, and can add an illumination effect easily when photographing. <P>SOLUTION: A cellular phone 1 comprises a second camera 311 arranged in a display side case 3 corresponding to a second photographic window 312, a second electronic paper 313 arranged in a display side case 3 to face the second photographic window 312, and a control unit 70 which controls operation of the second electronic paper 313.
