<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a wave absorber capable of manufacturing a resin wave absorber with a relatively small amount of conductive fillers and managing an additive amount of the conductive fillers comparatively easily. <P>SOLUTION: A manufacturing method of a wave absorber comprises a preparation step and a compression molding step. The preparation step prepares a powder mix. The powder mix includes at least a conductive filler (dielectric loss material) and a resin porous powder.
