<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an electron emission device utilizing electromagnetic waves which can safely improve fatigue and senility due to the lack of partial energy in a human body and sickness (including especially virus, cancer, etc.). <P>SOLUTION: The cleaning/improvement in a body is achieved by removing an oxidizing poison by making electromagnetic waves hit a wall to eliminate positive charges and irradiating negatively charged electrons toward the body. Mainly, a composite of an oxidation metal emits electrons. An alkaline electron irradiation device for removing active oxygen in a cell by making electrons and a mineral deeply enter into the body by far low frequency wave/electrons which remove the oxidizing poison and the like by a component of A/B/C/5 capable of safely improving blood and plasma water in the body as the mineral, is provided. A best preventive medical device for home medical care/everyday life medical care is provided by this medical device.
