<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an induction heating apparatus and a method for controlling the same. <P>SOLUTION: There are provided an induction heating apparatus and a method for controlling the apparatus. The induction heating apparatus comprises an induction coil and a magnetic conductor. The induction coil is positionally movable with respect to a body to be heated and heats the body to be heated after being magnetized. The magnetic conductor is disposed at a predetermined position near to the induction coil, and after the induction coil is magnetized, disposing the magnetic conductor on the side near to the body to be heated of the induction coil causes the action of blocking a magnetic field and disposing the magnetic conductor on the side far from the body to be heated of the induction coil causes the action of enhancing the magnetic field. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
