A castle with gear-reducing/actuator box for 45°, 90° and 180° angle valves, a straight passage with an impact wheel, internal and external closure, comprises a main body formed by a castle, the bottom section of which is provided with a rectangular base for attachment to a valve body by means of captive bolts, and above which is arranged a deflecting plate with a through-hole provided with a sealing ring. On the front and rear sides of the castle are arranged covers hinged to the bottom section of the castle and provided with pressure studs, while a bushing provided with a partial thread and locked by a cotter pin is inserted into the top section of the castle, and coupled by means of bearings, above which is arranged a crown wheel with helical conical teeth attached by means of a cotter pin and compressed by means of a fastening nut screwed into the partial thread. In the top section of the bushing is arranged a locking nut into which a shaft moved by a torque lever attached to a telescopic rod is inserted. The crown wheel is actuated by a pinion, the control shaft of which is coupled to a detachable steering wheel operated by means of a pneutorque, an electric or a hydraulic and pneumatic motor. The antitorque support that receives the pneutorque is secured to the frame of the gear-reducing box attached by screws to the circular flange arranged in the top section of the castle.
|
