METHOD FOR MASS PRODUCTION OF MISCANTHUS SINENSIS BY TISSUE CULTURE

PURPOSE: A method for producing a large amount of Miscanthus sinensis from immature flowers is provided. CONSTITUTION: A method for producing a large amount of Miscanthus sinensis from immature flowers of Miscanthus sinensis comprises: a step of culturing the immature flowers in a medium containing MS medium, 2,4-D(dichlorophenoxyacetic acid), benzyl adenine, sucrose, and medium solidifying agent to induce callus; a step of increasing the callus in a medium containing MS medium, 2,4-D, benzyl adenine, sucrose, and medium solidifying agent; a step of reproducing a shoot from the callus in a medium containing MS medium, naphthalene acetic acid, benzyl adenine, sucrose, and medium solidifying agent; and a step of elongating and rooting the shoot.
