<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for producing a polyurethane foam having a small density variation and excellent in balance of various physical properties, particularly hardness, tensile strength and wet heat compression characteristics. <P>SOLUTION: In the method for producing the polyurethane foam, a polyol component containing a polyol (A) is reacted with a polyisocyanate component in the presence of an organic clay mineral (B) and a foaming agent (C) to produce the polyurethane foam, wherein (A) contains a following polyol (a) and (C) contains a super critical liquid. The polyol (a) is a polyoxyalkylene polyol which is an alkylene oxide adduct of an active hydrogen-containing compound (H) and in which ≥40% hydroxyl groups locating at the terminals are a specific primary hydroxyl group-containing group and the hydroxyl value x, the total degree of unsaturation y and the ethylene oxide content z satisfy a specific relation. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
