<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a purification device which can efficiently decompose causative substances of stains in piping or nutritious solutions and sterilize various bacteria. <P>SOLUTION: The purification device for piping (51, 52) of a hydroponics system (10) is characterized by disposing a discharging unit (62) which is connected to the piping (51, 52) to introduce a nutritious solution and performs streamer discharge in the nutritious solution, wherein the discharging unit (62) has an electrode pair (64, 65) for causing the streamer discharge in the nutritious solution (L), is connected to a direct current source (70) for applying a direct current voltage to the electrode pair (64, 65), and is formed to produce hydrogen peroxide in the nutritious solution (L) by the streamer discharge. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
