<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a constant current circuit having a small area. <P>SOLUTION: Constant current I1 of a constant current circuit is reduced by on-resistance of a high resistance value of a NMOS transistor 23 operating in a strong inversion region/non-saturation region, without depending on a resistance of a high resistance value. Accordingly, the area of the NMOS transistor 23 is smaller than that of a resistance having the same resistance value as that of on-resistance of the transistor 23 to reduce the area of the constant current circuit. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
