<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hairdressing composition free from starchy feeling or sticky feeling. <P>SOLUTION: An acrylic anionic resin, an alkaline compound and a tertiary amine compound are blended, and starchy feeling or sticky feeling after setting is removed by restricting a blending amount of the acrylic anionic resin and a neutralization index of the acrylic anionic resin within each specific range, to thereby obtain this hairdressing composition having excellent setting property with excellent finger combability. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2012,JPO&INPIT |
